Coal recarburizer products is produced from Ningxia Taixi anthracite after the high temperature treatment.

The quality of anthracite from different places is very different because of different metamorphic grade and different formation condition. Part of steel need to increase the content of carbon in the producing process in order to satisfy the requirement of technique .There are two ways for increasing carbon content .One is that adding recarburizer in the wasted steel or blowing out recarburizer to add in the smelting process. The other is adding recarburizer in the molten steel or steel tank .
There are so many kinds of carbonaceous material for increasing the carbon content in steel such as electrographite, coke powder, petroleum coke, graphite carbon and so on. The graphite carbon is mainly leftover material of graphite products or man-made graphite.
The feature of graphite is higher fixed cabon, stronger anti-oxidation activity, lower the harmful elements content, lower production cost and simple production process, The feature of coke powder is higher ash content and sulfur content, lower fixed carbon and lower production cost. The feature of petroleum coke is lower ash content and higher fixed carbon, but complex production process and higher production cost. The price and quality of the above three kinds recarburizer is very different.
